You can’t disagree with me on this unconventional business secret source – having smart, strong, and superwomen lead 80% of sensitive positions in your business.

I will talk from experience, and Uncle Tony Elumelu is a witness to this. I am fortunate to have a team of strong, intelligent, and capable superwomen leading various departments in Pamtech, dominated by 80% of Men.

I believe superwomen have a unique set of skills and qualities that make them excellent leaders, their empathetic and nurturing abilities help them to build strong relationships with team members and customers.

They bring some level of care and attention to their roles at the workplace. They have this excellent communication skill that is essential in keeping the team aligned and focused on achieving business goals and targets.

At Pamtech, our GM, Accountant, HR, Warehouse Manager, Stockiest, Customer Service, and Front Desk are all superwomen. They have played an instrumental role in shaping Pamtech’s Culture.

For me, I feel like a king because our superwomen have this unique ability to treat everyone like royalty, which also creates a sense of loyalty and commitment among our team members and customers.

In the face of challenges, our superwomen keep the team calm and positive, spreading love in the business environment and encouraging the team. They always remind me of my greatness and speak me into achieving them.

They go out of their way to ensure every team member feels valued, cared for, respected, and appreciated. They do the same for our esteemed customers.

I believe that having strong women in leadership positions is essential for any business that wants to succeed in today’s world.

Strong women bring unique perspectives and approaches to problem-solving, and their ability to connect with others on a deeper level can be a tremendous asset to any business.

Yesterday, we learned that leadership is not about being in control but about empowering others to be their best selves. And our superwomen at Pamtech embody this principle perfectly.

I am grateful for the strong women leaders at Pamtech and the contributions they make to our growth and success.

Confession: I love women, and I can make them love me and my vision.
