What is your first step towards that desired growth?

Growth is about progress.

Progress is about movement.

And movement is about stepping outside yourself and outside your comfort zone.

So long as you are sitting or standing within your comfort zone, you are in a dead zone, you are not growing because you are not moving. Also mind your movement because you might be moving backwards towards safety instead of moving forward towards growth.

To move, you need to take small steps by doing small simple tasks, accomplishing these small tasks will give you energy and confidence to take a bigger step forward and step further outside your comfort zone. Keep taking the small steps and with time you will make stepping outside the comfort zone a habit.

So, just do the first small step, you are more likely to then take the next step, even if it’s something bigger. This is the goal. Take that step.
