The Power of Positive Words: Why What We Say Matters In Shaping Our Future
Last Monday, I was analysing our business challenges and was not satisfied with the numbers, I had to activate one free tool I have at my disposal.
Proverbs 18:21 says “Death and life are in the power of the tongue”
Instead of looking at the challenges and complaining negatively, using self-sabotaging words about the business and the environment, I used inspirational words to saturate my atmosphere and that became my reality.
I spoke words to my team, I made positive confessions and put all of them on the frequency of attracting abundance by charging them to speak positively.
On Saturday, one of my team members said “We spoke the words, we walked with the words and the results are with us now, we will do it again this week” Yes, A closed mouth breads closed actions, closed destiny and closed heaven.
I have learnt in business that, my speech determines my speed, how far I will go in business will be determined to a large extent by what I know and what comes out of my mouth. In other words, our Worth is determined by our Words. Proverb 13:2 says “A man shall EAT GOOD by the FRUIT OF HIS MOUTH”
Today I challenge us, even if you are feeling negative about your business or your life, Fake it and speak positive words to yourself, speak your desires and expectations, speak success affirmations and start taking baby steps by faith to make those words a reality.
Remember your thoughts and words have more power than you think, speak and believe in your words, and play your part in the process of taking action.
Most of our problems started with our tongue, the words we speak daily create our own reality. Our relationships and businesses will improve if we positively change our thoughts and words this week.
