There are many of our youths who are dreaming to start a business, but they are fixated on the idea of making money rather than the process of building and growing something significant from a small idea.
Just like how God looks for the small seed and not the orchard, our youths should focus on the seed of our business rather than the mentality of money-making that comes with it.
Every great business you have seen today started with a seed, an idea that appeared small and insignificant at first but it had the potential to grow into something extraordinary.
The truth is that success comes from the small beginnings and the little things that we do consistently over time.
It takes faithfulness, focus, discipline, and excellence to nurture that seed and to put in the time and effort required to turn that idea into a successful business.
As the farmer makes the soil fertile so that the seed may be fruitful, we must create the conditions for our business to thrive.
When we are faithful in little, we are given the opportunity to be rulers over much. It is important to focus on the little things, to be consistent in our efforts, and to put in the work required to create value.
Great people will come for the value that our business provides, not just for the money that it generates. We must always keep this in mind.
Remember, We must focus on the seed, on the idea that we have, and nurture it to grow into something great. We can turn one small seed into ten fruitful orchards.
