While we took turns reading, it felt like the Billionaire Ryan was there sharing his story and telling us what needs to be done to make an impact and achieve our $1 Million goal.
Now, I have set up a new system for the media team.
• Scheduled regular one-hour reading meetings, where we read together and discuss insights.
• We will take notes as we read, highlighting key lessons that resonate with us and how we can personally apply the lessons.
• Set clear goals after reading, what we want to achieve, how we are going to achieve it, and who will be held responsible.
• Taking action on the applicable strategies, monitoring the progress, and rewarding achievers.
