Making it better today means, seeking for new knowledge, start challenging the status quo and start asking questions;
“What if and why not” to open new forms of thinking that challenges limitations among team members.
“What can the team do differently to make a difference”
“How do we start making these small incremental improvement in some weak areas of our business”
“What can we do to get everyone involved in exceeding the expectations of our customers and stakeholders”
You will have a strategy when these questions are answered, identify and appoint a person that will be in charge of each strategy. Make them responsible and accountable for each strategy with timeframe.
