I hate the word “employee.” That’s why I never use it to describe my team members at Pamtech. I don’t have employees.

The word itself carries a mindset that limits people to just earning money instead of creating it. It keeps people trapped in a cycle of working for a salary without ever realizing they have the power to own, create, and multiply wealth.

Let me explain. If you truly want financial freedom, you must stop thinking of money as something you just earn. Real money is not just earned—it is created and multiplied. Those who focus only on earning will always be at the mercy of those who know how to create wealth.

That is why, at Pamtech, I challenge my team members to break free from the employee mindset the moment they wear our Pamtech logo. I don’t want them to focus on just collecting a salary at the end of the month. I want them to focus on creating value, owning and multiplying that value, leading growth, and impacting humanity instead of counting monthly salaries.

I have seen too many brilliant people working hard every day, yet they remain stuck because they don’t understand this simple truth. They wake up, go to work, do what they are told, and wait for a salary. They measure their progress by how much their salary increases instead of how much value they are creating. They have the potential to build, innovate, and lead, but the employee mindset keeps them small, dependent, and limited.

The moment you get a job, you must reprogram your mind. See beyond your salary. Stop thinking like someone who just needs to get paid, and start thinking like someone who is responsible for creating something bigger than themselves. Every task, every role, every project is an opportunity to build something valuable, solve a problem, or innovate. Ask yourself, “How can I add more value to what I do?” This simple shift in thinking could spark something great in your life.

You must learn to see work differently—not just as something you do for money, but as a platform to create, multiply, and leave an impact. When I first started Pamtech, I wasn’t just trying to sell products or provide services. I was building a system of value creation. I knew that wealth does not come from working more hours; rather, it comes from creating systems, assets, and solutions that work even when you are not there.

That is why I push my team to think beyond just working for a salary. I challenge them to own their growth, take initiative, and think like business owners, not just workers. The bitter truth is that those who create and own will always control the world, while those who only work for money will remain in survival mode.

Your salary was not designed to make you rich. It was designed to keep you in survival mode until you discover your true potential to create and multiply value. No one ever became wealthy by earning a salary alone. Those who became rich did so by owning something, building something, and multiplying what they created.

So, as you work today, don’t focus on how much you earn in a month. Focus on how much value you can create, own, and multiply. Don’t just chase a higher salary—look for ways to own part of what you create. Shift your mindset from earning to creating, from working to owning, from surviving to thriving.

I am The Billionaire Mechanic, and my way of building wealth is not just to build businesses but to build people who create value, assets, solve problems, and multiply money.
