A few years ago, I had a hard conversation with myself. I asked myself a simple yet profound question: Did I want employees, or did I want a team? Would people work for me, or would they work for the Pamtech mission?

It seemed like a straightforward question at first, but the answers changed everything.

I have seen many businesses where people just show up because they have to. They work for the boss, collect their salaries, and go home. No passion, no ownership, no real commitment. But I realized that if Pamtech was ever going to grow into something bigger, we needed more than just employees—we needed a committed team that would serve humanity. And that was why we started doing things differently.

Shifting from Employment to Ownership

At Pamtech, when you want to join the team, I always make sure you understand the Pamtech vision and are ready to own part of the vision. I don’t want people who just do their jobs or treat it as a common job—I want them to feel like they own the Pamtech mission. This means that trust in our shared vision and goals is at the core of everything we do.

I never stop showing my team where we are, what we are building, and how their contributions matter to the big picture. When people see the future we are building together, they don’t just work because they are told to—they work because they believe in the vision.

We Don’t Just Give Salaries, We Give Ownership

Some businesses only pay people for their time. But time doesn’t grow a business—ownership does. What we have done differently is to structure a growth path for committed team members. Some now have shares in Pamtech, others have been promoted to leadership positions, and some are now directors and decision-makers.

I believe that if I help grow my people, they will grow our business and change the way we work. My team doesn’t just come for salaries—they come to build something bigger.

Are You Building for the Future?

So, if your team is not just working for a salary but because they believe in the vision, then congratulations—you are building something that will last beyond you.

I am The Billionaire Mechanic, and I ask you again: Do you want employees, or do you want a team?
